DDR5 server modules are still in short supply, so they carry one rate regardless of speed.

Desktop & laptop memory (UDIMM / SODIMM)
Non-ECC memory out of PCs and laptops — the same rate whether it’s a full-size UDIMM from a desktop or a SODIMM from a laptop. Worth less per stick than server RAM, but quantity makes it worth collecting.

- DDR3 and older desktop memory is below the value where collection makes sense, so we don’t buy it.
How the price is decided
- Speed. At the same capacity a DDR4-3200 module can be worth several times a 2133 one — compare the 64GB row above.
- Registered or not. Server RDIMM/LRDIMM is worth far more than desktop UDIMM. If you’re unsure which you have, read RDIMM vs UDIMM.
- Rank & organisation. On 32GB DDR4-2133, 2Rx4 modules pay more than 4Rx4 / 4DRx4.
- Condition. Rates are for working, tested modules with no bent pins, missing heatspreaders or damage. We test everything on arrival.
- Quantity. Larger lots are worth more to us. If you’re clearing a rack, a refresh or refurbisher stock, send the list — bulk quantities are priced above this card.
